Gerald Ford's Burial: A Modest Proposal

Since Gerald Ford was one of the most modest presidents, he deserves a grand funeral. We should bury him like the pharaohs, in a huge pyramid and everything.

Since the Egyptians would also bury the dead pharaoh's servants alive with him, we should bury Cheney and Rumsfeld alive with Ford in the pyramid. Gerald Ford will need a Chief of Staff and a Defense Secretary in the Afterlife.
